Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take longer.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Our main customers are in the United States and Canada, but we also serve the UK, Australia, Europe, Asia, and more.

Estimated Delivery Times:

    US/UK: 7-14 business days
    EU: 12-18 business days
    Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days
    South America: 10-15 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

What if my order shows as delivered but I don’t have it?

    Confirm your shipping address is correct.
    Check with neighbors for mistaken deliveries.
    Wait 1-2 days, as packages may be marked delivered early.
    If it’s still missing, email us at support@2bluebox.com. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after dispatch, we will assist you in tracking it down.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once placed. Contact us if you have any issues.

Customs/Duties & Fees

    Customs fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
    Consult your local customs office for details.
    Payments are in USD. Other currencies may incur conversion fees—check with your bank.

Cancelling an Order
Orders cannot be canceled after 30 minutes of placement as they may already be processed. Contact us immediately at support@2bluebox.com for cancellations.

Unclaimed Orders
We are not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed status, or incorrect addresses.

Why might my order arrive in separate packages?

    Items may be backordered.
    Shipping weight restrictions may apply.

What if my order is damaged?
Email a photo of the damaged item to support@2bluebox.com within 24 hours of the delivery status. We’ll replace eligible items promptly.
