What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Our main customers are in the United States and Canada, but we also serve customers in:

When will my order be shipped?
We usually process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times depend on the destination:

  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • European Union (EU): 12-18 business days
  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • South America: 10-15 business days
  • Asia: 10-15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays. Specific timeframes are determined by the logistics provider.

Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, you can! You can enter a separate shipping address and even save multiple addresses for future use.

What if I want to change my order after it’s placed?
We’re unable to make changes, adjustments, or cancellations once an order has been submitted for 30 minutes. However, feel free to email us at support@2bluebox.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

How do I return or exchange my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can select the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option to complete your payment securely without creating an account.
