Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fees!
Simply fill out the return request form, and we’ll email you a return authorization number and a free pre-paid return label within 1-2 business days. Detailed instructions will be provided with the return label email.
Please note: Due to high demand and COVID-19 safety protocols, return processing may take longer than usual.

Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns for defective merchandise, including:

Stains
Zipper malfunctions
Tears or rips

Important Notes:

Check the size chart carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for size complaints due to personal error.
For personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the product), we do offer size change services.

Return Requirements
Products must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed
Must include all tags, original packaging, and accessories
Certain items, such as gift cards, formal dresses, jewelry, swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits, are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Free replacements are available for defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@2bluebox.com to get instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged products), we will cover return postage and replacement fees.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong product selected), the customer is responsible for the return and replacement postage fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, try the following steps:

Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.
